The Dive

I fell... the water rushed past my face and absorbed me until i became one with the current. With my life line on my back i began my descent into an ever colorless world, as i hit the thermocline the cooler water stung my face and ears and the reef started to show its face at the bottom. Fish darted every which way, dancing in the refracted light from the surface. That moment i drifted with the current in awe, the world down there may be faded and unknown but it's a treasure all its own
